These are all examples of our current school uniform.
Please note there are no expectations for children to have uniform displaying the school logo however all school uniform must match our school colours.
We are very fortunate Motherwell Community Hub support Edleston by holding school uniform sessions in school. They also have a uniform swap shop, please click on the link to find out more. We can also make referals to Sal's Shoes for families who may need some help purchasing school shoes.
School Uniform is readlily available from George, Tesco, Sainsbury's etc these also sell the plimsolls required for PE. In Crewe and Nantwich and surrounding areas we have many community charity shops that stock school uniform and welcome support.
Uniform Expectations.
Children can wear black trousers, blue polo shirt with a navy jumper or in the summer black school shorts with black sandals.
Black socks, black tights/white long/ankle socks only.
Children can wear a black skirt or pinafore, a blue blouse/polo shirt with a navy jumper or cardigan. In the summer children can also wear a blue and white check dress with white or black sandals.
Children in reception require a pair of wellington boots. These should be clearly named and placed in your child’s locker in a suitable bag.
Please can children wear suitable black shoes for school. Trainers are not permitted. Jelly Shoes are not permitted.
Caps are recommended in the summer. School caps can be purchased online.
When your child starts school we will give them their first book bag so they can keep all of their school books in good condition.
PE KIT
For PE our uniform is; A plain t-shirt or a school branded PE t-shirt in your child's house colour should be worn along with navy blue shadow stripe shorts and plimsolls. Trainers are permitted upon request from the class teacher and you will be informed of the times of outdoor lessons by text or letter. Please see your child's class teacher for your child's house colour.
