Miss Colette Procter - Interim HeadteacherAs part of my responsibilities as the Interim Head teacher, I am a member of the governing board. Over the school year, we meet up regularly to consider the strategic aspects impacting Edleston Primary and our students. Our focus is very much us all having clarity of the vision, ethos and strategic direction for the future of the school for the benefit of the students. In this role, I keep the board informed about the strengths of the school and any areas for improvement. We work together to deliver the school development plan, finance and to ensure the school is running to the very best of its ability. Through the day-to-day management of the school, I implement the strategic priorities of the governing board. The role of any governor is to support and challenge the school leaders. |
