Dear Parents/carers,
We are in the process of changing the way you make payments to school. SIMS Pay Education 360 are stopping their services and from 31st July will no longer be trading. This means we have sourced a new payment provider.
At the moment we are busy working hard getting the new payment system set up and changing everything over. The new service will be an app and should be significantly easier to use than SIMS PAY. We will send you clear operating instructions once we are live.
We are aiming to launch this service towards the end of term. If you pay for school meals and/or snacks, please pay on a Monday for that week only. Please DO NOT overpay at this point. Any child with credit at the end of term will be refunded. We cannot move any money from one child to another.
Y6 only. Please pay for what you have on a weekly basis. Any overpayment will be refunded. If you have yet to pay for the trip you can do this until 12 midday on Wednesday 28th June. After this time trip payments cannot be taken.
Y2 only. A reminder from September school meals will be charged at £2.50 per child per day. If you think you may be entitled to income related free school meals please call 0300 123 5012 or visit https://www.cheshireeast.gov.uk/schools/school-meals/free_school_meals.aspx to apply. If you have applied already and are eligible there is no need to do this again. If you have an older child in school and they are eligible you must apply for each child, this is NOT automatic.
If you think you may be eligible for income related free school meals and are not already entitled, please apply using one of the methods above.
Finally, for those who are eligible, we are expecting the Household vouchers to be issued before we break up for the summer holidays.
