Exciting news!!! Year 4 and Year 5 have been involved in a special National 'Grow your own Potatoes' project. Back in our Science week they were provided with some potatoes to prepare and grow. Both classes have taken much care in looking after them and today Year 5 have harvested theirs! They have all been amazed at how many potatoes have grown - just over 2kg!
They are looking forward to sharing these with their parents at the special Year 5 lunch tomorrow. If you haven't booked a meal - please do through the Arbor App, there is still time.
Watch this space to see what Year 4 harvest! Which class will have grown the most?
We had a fantastic time in Science Week. We enjoyed carrying out a whole school investigation on height, working together across classes, experiencing exciting workshops and sharing our learning with our parents in our Science Showcase event.
There are LOTS of photos in the Gallery!
We are very excited to share with you our new library space.
